Mariah Benning: A. Rose Black History Month Community Spotlight

We present our second highlight for the 2026 A. Rose NFP Black History Month Community Spotlight Campaign, Mariah Benning, MPH!

Mariah was nominated for the A. Rose Black History Month Community Spotlight Campaign because of her passion for improving healthcare quality and bridging gaps in underserved communities. Ms. Benning began working in oncology research after losing her grandmother to the disease. As a clinical research professional, her work promotes equity and accuracy in cancer research, improving health outcomes for minority populations.
