Dr. Libby Shelton: A. Rose Black History Month Community Spotlight

We present our ninth highlight for the 2026 A. Rose NFP Black History Month Community Spotlight Campaign, Libby Shelton, PharmD!

Dr. Shelton was nominated for the A. Rose Black History Month Community Spotlight Campaign in recognition of her impact as an influential young professional dedicated to advancing professional development. Through her work, she actively bridges gaps in education and expands access to critical academic resources, helping to create more equitable pathways within academia.

An award-winning pharmacy mentor and accomplished industry pharmacist, Dr. Shelton is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of pharmacists. Her mission is to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools they need to excel throughout their academic journeys and beyond.

To further this mission, she founded Learning With Libby, LLC, an online education platform designed to support students academically, professionally, and personally. Through this initiative, Dr. Shelton continues to cultivate confidence, competence, and community among aspiring pharmacy professionals.
