  • Breast Cancer Awareness Events (Chicago): Reached 45 community members with culturally relevant education, survivor stories, and mammogram access.

  • Heart Health Workshop (Dallas): Served 21 community members with prevention and self-care education.

  • Senior Health Fair ( Dallas): Connected nearly 100 adults ages 55+ to essential health screenings, wellness education, and a network of community resources designed to support healthy aging

  • Drug Take Back Event (Dallas): Safely collected 12 full containers of unused or expired medications, promoting community safety.

 

Education & Economic Stability (In-Person & Digital)

  • Back-to-School Support (Chicago): Distributed 100 book bags filled with school supplies to patients at LaRabida Children’s Hospital.

  • Financial Literacy Webinar: Reached 40 participants with culturally relevant financial health education.

  • Blogs & Written Resources: 20 volunteer-written blogs published on diverse public health topics.
